Overview

Freedom Holidays Ltd is a motorhome rental start-up business that was born out of the coronavirus pandemic. With stringent travel restrictions introduced to prevent a surge in Covid-19 virus transmissions, the UK staycation market expected an upturn in bookings and Freedom Holidays sensed an opportunity to capitalise on the market. This project included branding, content, digital marketing, social media and full web build – complete with an integrated booking calendar and online payment facility.

Social Media

In order to grow a customer base, we developed a presence on social media through the creation of unique, organic brand content and posting of regular updates. This attracted over 100 cross-platform followers within the first 24 hours of the site’s launch, having an immediate impact on raising the profile of the brand!

Online Booking

The core requirement of the client was for the website to show an availability calendar and more crucially – to offer the facility to make a booking and take payment. This was achieved through a variety of bespoke customisations, which provided the opportunity for customers to either pay by deposit or in full upfront, whilst offering full integration with Stripe and PayPal.

Email Marketing

To ensure that customers and subscribers stay engaged with the brand, we also look after the marketing emails for Freedom Holidas. Through the sending of a unique blend of tips and inspiration, this point of contact is a vital way for the brand to stay connected with its audience in order to entice new and repeat bookings.

Photography

Working collaboratively with the client, it was established that all imagery and product photography had to be worthy of the brand. Whether for use on the website, social media or marketing emails, it was essential to convey a consistently aspirational feel, reflective of the quality of Freedom Holidays’ motorhomes and their high level of customer service.
